- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to Dr. Dial for strengthening specific leg muscles in which I experience weakness. Within minutes, she had the muscles targeted that needed strengthening and gave me several excellent exercises to do there and to take home and build that area of weakness. I have been following her instructions for over a month and can say I see a large improvement. I am so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of how to train our bodies!
